Frank Frazetta print, mid-70s, illustration appeared on Buster Crabbe #5 comics

One of my most rare pieces…  I received a solicitation in the mail for this print…only 150 were made, commissioned by Frank himself, and if I recall, only 75 of the existing prints survived an act of vandalism…and most of these 75 went to friends and family of Frank.  I have seen two others up for sale in the past 40 years.
It has been a very long time ago that I bought this…perhaps the mid-70s…and I am not positive, but I think the person who sent me the solicitation describing it was Joe Broncatelli.
Perhaps he, or someone that knows him, can validate all of this.
As I kept everything, I am sure I have the solicitation somewhere…in the 55 boxes I have not gone through yet…
I have included an image of the Buster Crabbe #5 comic book (no, it is not a part of this auction), so you can see where it came from.
Size is 18” x 24” on very nice, thick museum-quality cream stock.
Condition is near-mint with the least bit of edge wear in a couple places…nowhere near the image area.
Kept in a box in a smoke-free environment all these years.
Will be carefully packaged and mailed to you in a thick tube (or flat if it cannot be safely rolled).
Shipping amount includes insurance for this item and packaging materials.
