    This ingenious, weird little dude(tte) speaks to everyone that has needed to rock and would not be stopped. It’s a guitar-bodied short-scale bass produced in former Czechoslovakia 1979-1983.

    Lovingly refurbished inside and out to maintain historic feel and dat eastern bloc tone zone without the crackle. Or the thing where your tuning knobs rip off in public. Every original piece that was removed is included for wonder and reference including, but not limited to: “Tesla” pots, piano wire strings, an aluminum nut seemingly hand filed under duress, and an AM/FM radio rotary switch.

    Volume & tone knobs that fit the new pots. Old knobs included. Nothing on this sucker was standard sized, but the old ones my be adapted with a drill press and the right bits.
    Previous repair- Gibson headstock/neck. Classic. That’s how good of a counterfeit this was. Left repair slightly visible out of respect for everyone who has loved a project.
    Natural relic on pick up covers and body paint color coat. Some nicks and scratches, discoloration on binding, and visible tarnish on original hardware.
